Information you choose to provide
This website uses a booking calendar, with no separate contact form. Booking requires contact details and an appointment selection, and may include information you choose to share about your business. Please do not submit bank credentials, Social Security numbers, payroll files, or financial documents in the calendar or by ordinary email.
How inquiry information is used
We use it to respond, assess service fit, arrange a conversation, and maintain the related relationship in HubSpot. Submissions may include the originating brand, page, and limited campaign or referral context. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a marketing newsletter.
Service providers
Website hosting, Calendly scheduling, HubSpot relationship management, and optional Google Analytics support the website. Calendly receives the details you provide when booking and the DaxCents website attribution. Its cookie choices are available inside the calendar. Opening the scheduler loads content from Calendly. Each provider processes information according to its applicable terms and privacy notices.
Optional analytics and your choices
Analytics loads only after an affirmative choice. You can change that choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as opting out of optional analytics. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are kept while needed to handle the inquiry and maintain an appropriate business record, subject to applicable requirements. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact saif@daxcents.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Scope of this notice
A client engagement may involve different information and additional terms. Those are addressed during onboarding, before sensitive financial records are requested.
