Know the count before work starts
For 2,000 transactions, the cleanup fee is $1,780. Cleanup is separate from the monthly plan. We confirm the periods, records, opening balances and count before starting.
What we check
We review coding, duplicates, transfers, missing documents and the reconciliation of the accounts in scope. An exception list shows what still needs an answer. A balanced report alone is not proof that every account is reconciled.
Keep responsibilities clear
Tax amendments, filings, specialist accounting and unsupported balances require separate discussion. We do not invent missing evidence.
