Support included in your plan
Your $89 monthly base includes up to 200 combined transactions, one hour of meeting time and unlimited email support. We provide an initial response within four business hours during agreed support hours; it is not a promise that every issue will be resolved in four hours.
Accountability and context
We agree who supplies information, who reviews the reports and how unresolved items are escalated. The bookkeeper’s responsibilities and permissions are defined before access is granted.
